Ignite Virtual Training Program

Fuel your strength. Inspire your progress. Transform your routine.


This fully virtual program provides structured workouts designed to build strength and endurance from anywhere. Over 12 weeks, you’ll follow a 4-day split training plan with 2 upper body and 2 lower body workouts, ensuring a well-rounded regimen tailored for results. Form videos and detailed instructions are included. Stay accountable, stay strong, and ignite your

fitness journey on your own terms!


Virtual Coaching


$35 per week for a minimum of 12 weeks

Experience 1-on-1 personal training tailored to your unique goals. With expert guidance, real-time feedback, and a program designed to challenge and elevate you, Empower Training ensures every session moves you closer to your

In Person Personal Training


$50 per session

Elevate Hybrid Program

Train with support. Elevate your performance.

Transform your mindset.


 This hybrid program blends the best of both worlds— personalized in-person training once a week, plus three additional structured workouts to complete on your own. With a balanced 4 day split, you’ll gain hands-on coaching and the flexibility to continue progressing independently.





In Person + Virtual Coaching


$125 per week for a minimum of 12 weeks

Nutrition Coaching add on with any programs.
