"Give it one more shot. I’ll be right there with you."
Hi, I’m Tracy Tiffany—and yes, that’s me in the photo at 321 pounds. Don’t get it twisted, I was still fabulous! But the reality was, my back hurt, my knees ached, and I was constantly exhausted. My weight was holding me back from living the active, fulfilling lifestyle I craved.
After years of losing and regaining 100 pounds (three separate times!), I decided to give it one final, all-in shot.
I knew this time had to be different. I couldn’t just focus on losing the weight—I had to figure out how to keep it off. That meant being honest about my relationship with food and making physical activity a permanent part of my life. So, I started small—joining Weight Watchers and walking every day. Within a few months, I dropped 60 pounds and felt ready to take things to the next level.
Enter my first fitness love: Boot Camp. Like many, I walked into the gym with no clue what to do. Boot Camp gave me structure—everything was laid out, and all I had to do was show up and follow through. It was exactly what I needed. After doing Boot Camp, I went on to get my personal training certification, and that gave me the confidence to move on to a structured strength training program. That’s when I discovered a true passion for lifting heavy and the incredible benefits that come with it.
Eventually, I hit my goal weight—but I still had more to learn. I transitioned from Weight Watchers to working with a macro coach and dove deep into the science of nutrition. I challenged the diet rules I grew up with, began studying through Precision Nutrition, and learned how to create effective macro plans and sustainable calorie deficits.
That passion for learning led me to become a Certified Macro Coach and Personal Trainer.
Today, I’m honored to work in a field that gives me chills. Helping women tap into their strength—physically and mentally—is one of the greatest gifts of my life. I know what it’s like to struggle, to sit up with a “fupa,” to fall down, and to get back up again. My journey hasn’t been linear—it never is. I gained and lost 30 pounds during COVID, then put on another 20—and lost that, too. But every setback gave me data, grit, and made me stronger.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about persistence. You didn’t walk the first time you stood up—and you don’t have to do this alone. Give it one more shot. I’ll be right there with you.
